All Parents are requested to ensure/brief their wards about  important instructions prior to their departure from the home-town, as in succeeding paras. 

1.     Parents should book  the Return Journey Air Tickets according  to the School Bus Timings at  IGI Airport, New Delhi.  

2.  School Reception should be briefed about the date & time of arrival at IGI Airport, New Delhi.

3.  Conduct of Students during the journey.

4.  Baggage of the Students should be labeled.

5.  Students should be in the Hostel  Dress & carry School Identity Card during departure from  their home-town for Delhi Airport.

6.  The official cell-phone numbers of Teacher i/c (VDJS) should be informed to the students (in any case School Number 09896419611 and landline numbers are available round-the-clock).

7.  At the time of return journey, in case the Student does not find a Staff Member of the School, she should contact the cell-phone numbers of Teacher I/C or School Reception through Airport STD/PCO and should wait at ‘VISITORS’ LOUNGE’ of the Airport until the arrival of Staff Member.

8.  Parents are supposed to call once only to the Teacher i/c,  after the arrival of their ward at IGI Airport, New Delhi from their Home-town. They should, thereafter, contact the School.

9.  Students should report their safe arrival to the parents on telephone with the permission of Teacher i/c.
