Girls are admitted to Junior School from classes 4 to 8. The curriculum in the Junior School is rooted in traditional values but with a modern outlook. The aim is to provide a foundation of learning which is based broadly upon the National Curriculum but enhanced in a significant range of areas.
We place a great emphasis on helping pupils to become confident readers and to think mathematically. Lessons in the Junior School include Mathematics, English, Science, Social Science, Art & Design, Computing, Music and Physical Education. French is introduced in class VI through a mixture of games, songs and activities.
