On 14th April, we celebrated ATL Community Day to commemorate Ambedkar Jayanti. Staying true to the philosophy and ideologies of Shri B. R. Ambedkar, we invited the ward of Group D, residing on our school campus, to participate in this journey of innovation. We endeavoured to provide a platform wherein these children could experience the skills and techniques intrinsic to innovation. We had to limit the numbers this year to ensure social distancing. 10students got the opportunity to collaborate to create innovative solutions while participating enthusiastically in Balloon Train, Salt Water Battery, and Balloon Car.
The girls also witnessed insightful conservation with Mr. Anil Sahasrabudhe from the All India Council of technical education via a live YouTube session organised for our school. The Mission Director of ATL, Mr. Ramanan, chaired the session.
