The Social Service League of VDJS organised a Service Project on designer diya making with the NGO, Bhikh Nahin Kitaben, an organization for the education of slum dwellers. The SSL team, Ms Suman Arora (Co-ordinator), Mr Rishi Kumar and Mr Raza Qasim collaborated with Mr Biswanath (Art Department) to train the slum children in making designer diyas. The exhibition for the same was held in Hisar on 20^th October, 2022 in which students of VDJS along with the SSL team sold the designer diyas. The event was a grand success and was graced by top civil officials of Hisar District Administration and citizens.
