Dussehra, which celebrates the victory of good over evil was celebrated with much fervour and zeal on 15th October. Shastra Puja was performed in the morning by Principal Ms Shalini Mehrotra and Administrator Mr Nikhil Rudra. After the rituals the inspection of the weapons and test firing was done to check their functionality.
This year’s special attraction on Vijayadashmi was the Raamleela which was performed by members of the faculty. Everyone appreciated the talent as well as the spirit of the Staff in putting up such an entertaining show. Thereafter the effigy of Ravan was burnt amidst much applause. This was followed by an hour of Dandiya which was enjoyed by teachers and students alike.
