An awareness session on ‘Healthy Food’ was conducted on 26th September for Classes IV-VIII in Kasturba House. The girls were enlightened about the importance of healthy food in one’s life and were detailed about the food pyramid and the nutritional value of all food items. The interactive session concluded with a question round.
