At VDJS, our endeavour is to equip our prodigies with globally diverse pedagogies of teaching and learning, to chisel out and bring forth world citizens.

In order to provide our community with the incessant flow of knowledge coming from various parts of the world, in their process of growth and evolution, we promote Teacher Exchange Programmes under our long and enriching association with British Council and Round Square.

VDJS has been a proud host for teachers with unique teaching strategies, that promotes effective learning experiences among the children. We always look forward to constructive and creational rendezvous between teachers from varied cultures, beliefs, and educational systems for our young aspirants. We offer an open platform to the teachers to share their expertise in scholastic and co-scholastic fields with not only students but also our teaching staff in a conducive environment.

The Teacher Exchange Programmes serve as a cultural learning experience for distinguished teachers. It offers a golden opportunity to the guest educator to study and observe best international practices in education and to develop leadership skills and understanding of educational policy. Such programmes enhance their ability to work in diverse and multicultural environments. Along with a comfortable stay, the guest teacher also gets the chance of sightseeing excursion of the beautiful and culturally rich city, Hisar.
