The school is a member of the British Council and is proud to proclaim to receive the International School Award (ISA) for the fourth time in a row this year and we definitely consider it an important milestone for 2015.
VDJS is the only school to have received the award for four consecutive years.
Our active involvement with the ISA processes, provide the students, varied opportunities in self-development through personal inquiry, in-depth research and development of team-spirit enabling them to acquire organizing abilities and express creatively their oratory skills and leadership qualities.
The British Council’s Connecting Classroom Online Professional Development Courses have facilitated the teachers to sharpen and re-skill their competencies to forge sustainable partnerships promoting inter-cultural appreciation and global awareness.
Our association with the Tony Blair Faith Foundation gives the young people from different cultures, religions and ethnicities a wider scope and fine exposure to explore the diversity and variety of life.
