The 8^th edition of Memory Junction was held on 27^th November, 2021. The speaker was Ms. Shefali Tripathi   (Ex Laxmibai-1990) who is an established Recruitment Strategist for the domain of Textile and Life style Trainer and an Author. It was an enriching session wherein she shared memories of ‘Life at VDJS’, her learnings and how VDJS helped shape the entrepreneurial instincts in her. Focusing on the importance of being true to oneself by following one’s passion, and living in the moment and worrying less about the outcomes, she reiterated the importance of hard work, developing the ability to make decisions and not be fearful of failing. Fondly reminiscing her school days, Ms. Shefali spoke about the fun she had, the leadership skills she imbibed and the spirit of independence she cultivated while remaining rooted in the warmth of the school community. The girls had several questions to ask ranging from school time nostalgia and career advice and the speaker had answers for all. The session concluded with a promise from the resource person to visit the school soon.
