An awareness talk on Health and Fitness was given to the students by the school medical officer on the occasion of World Health Day, 7th April. With the theme for this year being building a fairer, healthier world for everyone she shared valued tips for maintaining both physical and mental health.
Simple modifications in diet and lifestyle were advised. The importance of healthy diet, sound sleep, exercise, the need to destress for sound mental health were reiterated. It was an interactive session wherein the girls posed many queries pertaining to health and fitness.
