On 07 October the members of Social Service League(SSL) went to an Old Age Home ‘Bhumi Ashram’ to donate bed covers and pillows. The ashram has 38 male members with most of them facing some kind of physical or mental distress. The requirement had been identified after an onsite survey conducted by the members of SSL. Thereafter the students helped in the collection and covering of pillows. Principal, Ms Shalini Mehrotra reminded the girls that true education lies in paying back to society in our own small measure. She encouraged them to find more ways of meaningfully engaging with the wider community.
