On 13th February My PEEGU conducted Teacher Orientation Webinar with the teaching staff of the school. The aim was to make the teachers aware about the importance of creating an inclusive environment that would facilitate the holistic development of the child. It would also enhance development and learning opportunities for teachers.
This webinar was conducted by Ms Divya (a child psychologist). She oriented teachers about their company’s workshop modules which aim to address the behavioural component that can add value to the teaching techniques and environment. These modules will include understanding students, classroom management, work life balance and inclusive classrooms. This webinar was followed by teacher’s profiling in order to understand each and every teacher’s personality which will be helpful in achieving the desired learning objectives.
