On 11th May, National Technology Day, the SRF Foundation organised a guest session on “Unlocking Creativity of Children in Lockdown.” The session was attended by seven students ( Sonal Paliwal, Kirti Paliwal, Palakh Goel, Rashi Barnwal, Shivanshy, Vidhi Miglani and Srinidhi Bala Ganti) along with Mrs Shravani Ganti. The resource person was Dr Rahul Prakash who shared smart ways through which students as well as teachers can remain productive during the lockdown. He started his session by explaining the differences between Science, Technology and innovation and went on to give examples of creativity displayed by students for which they have got patent also. The second half of the session was taken by Abinash Samal who introduced students to various educational online sites. The girls found the webinar very educative. They were inspired to learn about the innovations made by children and realised the possibilities that exist even during the lockdown.
