From April 10 to 14, 2025, our students embarked on enriching educational tours across India. These excursions provided firsthand exposure to historical, ecological, and cultural landscapes—transforming academic knowledge into living experiences.
EDUCATIONAL EXCURSION: April 10–14, 2026
A group of 49 students from Grades IV–VI, accompanied by staff, visited to Mashobra, Shimla on 10th April 2026. Overall, the excursion has been conducted smoothly, ensuring safety, engagement, and meaningful experiences for all students while maintaining effective coordination and care throughout.
Grade VII students at Vidya Devi Jindal School, Hisar, went on their Annual Excursion to Dehradun Mussoorie and from 10th to 14th April 2026.
A group of 80 enthusiastic students of Grade VIII, accompanied by 8 staff members from VDJS, embarked on a much-awaited educational excursion to Agra and Gwalior from April 10 to 14, 2026—a journey filled with adventure, cultural exploration, learning, and unforgettable memories. This excursion not only provided students with a much-needed break but also enriched their understanding of India’s history, architecture, and culture.
The Class IX students of VDJS undertook an educational trip to Pushkar Kumbhalgarh and Udaipur from April 10 to 14 2026. A total of 113 students and 12 teachers participated. The journey began with a visit to Pushkar where students explored the Brahma Temple and Pushkar Lake and attended the evening Aarti. The group then travelled to Kumbhalgarh and visited the grand fort known for its massive wall and historical significance followed by an engaging light and sound show. At Ranakpur the students admired the intricate marble architecture of the Jain Temple before proceeding to Udaipur. Key attractions included Fateh Sagar Lake Saheliyon Ki Bari Lok Dharohar and the City Palace. Students also enjoyed cultural activities and interactive sessions
An educational excursion for the students of Grade X was organized to Jaipur and Ranthambore National Park with a group of 94 students and 10 teachers. The trip aimed to provide experiential learning by exploring the rich historical, cultural, and ecological heritage of Rajasthan.
The Agra educational trip for Class XI students was a highly enriching experience that blended learning with exploration. Students visited Agra Fort and the Taj Mahal, gaining insights into Mughal architecture and history. The journey continued to Fatehpur Sikri, where they explored significant monuments reflecting India’s cultural heritage. The group also visited Gwalior, including Jai Vilas Palace, Tansen’s Tomb, and Gwalior Fort, followed by an engaging light and sound show. Students behaved responsibly throughout, under careful teacher supervision.
A group of 65 students from Grade XII, accompanied by 7 teachers, set out on an exciting and memorable journey from Vidya Devi Jindal School, Hisar to Udaipur – Chittorgarh -Kumbhalgarh on April 11, 2026. The trip concluded with a treasure of unforgettable memories, enriching experiences, and strengthened bonds among students. It provided valuable exposure to India’s rich heritage and history while promoting learning beyond the classroom, leaving a lasting impression on everyone.
