Under the guidance of the Social Service League of VDJS, six Jindalites along with the underprivileged children put up a stall at ‘Diwali Dil Se’, on 10th November, at Shahidi Smarak, Hisar, where they sold the diyas made by the children from the NGO, Bheekh Nahin Kitab Do. These children were trained in the skill of ‘diya-making’ by Mr Abhimanyu Bhadra, Sculpture Department, at VDJS to promote the life skill of sustainability among them.
