From April 21st to April 30th, two students of VDJS, Ansh Singla and Saakshi Samridhi, participated in a transformative internship program in Dubai, offering them a unique blend of professional development and cultural exposure. Organized in collaboration with AFS and YouVa. Italica camp EMEA, the internship provided a platform to engage with leading entrepreneurs and industry experts across diverse
fields. Under the guidance of Mr. Leo Cisotta, General Manager of Italicacamp EMEA, students gained valuable insights into international business leadership. Mr. Pietro Allegretti, Founder of Penguinpass and YU.SH, conducted an insightful session on Artificial Intelligence, sharing its real-world applications and emerging trends. Mr. Pierpaolo Furno, Founder of Circularize FZE, delivered a dynamic workshop on sales
strategies, offering practical tips and market-ready skills. In the domain of marketing, Ms. Isabel Calandrini, Marketing Manager at Sunset Hospitality Group, provided an in-depth understanding of brand building and consumer engagement in the hospitality sector. Beyond the classroom, students explored the vibrant culture of Dubai through an organized city excursion that included visits to the Museum of the Future, Dubai Mall,
Burj Khalifa, and a memorable desert safari experience. The internship concluded with a final presentation session where students showcased their learnings and reflections. Their efforts were recognized during a formal certification ceremony, where they were awarded exclusive certificates of participation. This internship proved to be a holistic learning experience, combining industry knowledge, professional mentorship, and cultural discovery.
