Teachers’ Day was celebrated in school with great enthusiasm on Saturday, 4th September. The students of Class XII put up an entertaining cultural morning with music, dance, videos and fun rounds of questions and answers. The teachers were represented by the XIIthies who expressed their love for their gurus by giving them a rose flower and received a chocolate in return. A welcome addition this year was the involvement of some junior classes also in the performances. Sharing of warm anecdotes, loud cheers for teachers, the playing of representatives songs as the teacher walked up the aisle kept everyone entertained. Principal Ms Mehrotra complimented the girls for the wonderful show of talent and shared how students make the lives of teachers complete in so many spoken and unspoken ways. The program was followed by special refreshment. The icing on the cake was the permission for the JAM session.
