Jindalites of Classes X & XII gathered in the Foyer area of the Academic Block on 14th February to worship and honour Goddess Saraswati, the Goddess of music, art, wisdom and learning on the auspicious occasion of Basant Panchami. Vedic mantras were chanted. The Principal, Ms Naina Dhillon, and the girls offered the sacred marigold flowers, sweets and heartfelt prayers to the Goddess, seeking blessings for a successful and prosperous life ahead. Prasad of sweet yellow rice was distributed to the VDJS community.
