The objective of the School Academic Council is to promote discussion on new strategies for improving academics and to lay down the overall policies related to academics.

2. COMMITTEE FOR PROTECTION OF WOMEN AGAINST SEXUAL HARASSMENT AT WORK-PLACE

As per the guidelines issued by Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and CBSE instructions vide CBSE/Admn.I/14(6)/2004 dated February 16, 2004 on Sexual Harassment of Women and Students at work place in the institutions, the following committee is constituted to enquire into the complaints received against a staff member on the above subject:-

In the case of any complaint received on any member of the school, violating the code of conduct and work ethics of the organization, the ethic committee will convene and enquire into the facts and the circumstances. The Chairperson will submit the final report on the findings of the committee to the Principal with in 04 days of receipt of complaint for appropriate action.

5. SCHOOL DISCIPLINE COMMITTEE

The School Discipline Committee is constituted for the maintenance of discipline in the School. The committee will ensure that students obey rules and remain orderly and peaceful in the pursuant of educational objectives/goals in the school community.

The Disciplinary Committee will look into the following functions under the guidance of the Chairperson:-

  • To serve as model in terms of character training and behaviour for students.
  • To assist the students in conforming to school rules and regulations.
  • To help students develop self-discipline.
  • To administer consequence commensurate with misconduct by any student.
  • To frame new school rules and regulations in consultation with the Chairperson for the students’ behavioural aspect.
  • To promote and encourage good behaviour among the teachers and students.
  • To create an environment that is conducive to peaceful and harmonious co-existence of staff & students of different houses and grades.
