The VDJS Taekwondo Team of 6 students along with Taekwondo Coach, Mr Rakesh Sharma and Social Service Coordinator, Ms Suman Arora visited Govt. Sen. Sec. School, Mayar on 3rd August to conduct the self-defense workshop for the 72 girl students of the Government school. During the session, Jindalites emphasised the importance of self-defense for girls demonstrated a few attacking and defence techniques, and made the attendees practice the martial strokes. Girls were thrilled to learn the self- defence techniques and gained the confidence to battle the unforeseen ordeals they may face in life.
