On March 15, a well-being session on ‘Awareness about Menstrual- Cycle’  was conducted by MOA, Dr Pinky for Classes VI to VIII in the Lecture-Theatre. During the highly interactive session, the importance of the menstrual cycle for a girl’s body was explained in a comprehensive manner. Dr Pinky also talked about the value of a healthy diet and hygiene during those days. The queries about the issues related to the same were addressed, thereby debunking various myths about the menstrual cycle among young girls.
