Mr Pramod Kr Sharma is a graduate and has a Diploma in basic computer knowledge from India Education Centre (IEC). He joined VDJS in 1993 and worked in the Students Record Cell till 1999 prior to assuming charge of his present role. He carries out all duties as may be assigned from time-to-time by the Administrator. Maintenance and preparation of important documents, SOPs, Noting Sheets, Circulars and other official papers falls in his line of work. He also looks into domestic and International travel arrangements for Students and Staff. Handling complete HR section of Admin Staff and Group ‘D’ Employees and organizing meetings of Admin and group D employees is another important role he fulfills. A person who remains steadfastly committed to organizational and self-growth he carries out all his responsibilities with utmost sincerity. With a keen interest in current affairs he keeps himself abreast with the latest in national and local affairs.

Mr Suresh Chandra is an MA in Economics and has been working in VDJS since 1992. He assists the Coordinator Examination in the smooth conduct of exams at school. Printing of question papers, report cards and maintenance of students’ academic record is handled very efficiently by him. He plays a crucial role in completing the CBSE Board examination related work, which includes registration of students. He also supervises the work of the Group D employees in the Academic Block. With gardening and fitness being his passion, he would love to see the Jindalites shine in every area of life
