Hony Capt Ghanshyam Singh (Retd) is an accomplished Indian Army veteran with over 30 years of service in the Corps of Electronics and Mechanical Engineers (EME), with extensive experience in technical workshop management, logistics, inventory control, security administration and team leadership. He served in the Indian Army from 1994 to 2024, completing 30 years and 19 days of service. During his military career, he managed vehicle repair facilities in armoured and field workshops, supervised CSD stores and logistics operations, and led teams of up to 450 personnel, including in demanding high-altitude and field environments. His areas of expertise include vehicle and workshop management, inventory and spare-parts management, warehouse operations, security supervision, industrial firefighting and preservation of stores and equipment. His operational experience has equipped him with strong capabilities in planning, resource management, team leadership and maintaining operational efficiency in challenging environments. Hony Capt Ghanshyam Singh holds an Army-recognised graduation-equivalent qualification and has completed a NCVET-recognised certification in Warehouse Management (2024) and a Diploma in Entrepreneurship Development – Electronics & Instrumentation (2023). Subedar Umed Singh (Retd) is an experienced Indian Army veteran of the Regiment of Artillery with 28 years of military service, bringing extensive expertise in security, logistics, operations, administration and team leadership. During his service, he worked as a Technical Assistant and gained extensive experience in professional soldiering, including more than 10 years in demanding and inclement weather conditions.
